Pop of Red

Oops! I totally did it again; I'm wearing a t-shirt (at the office)!  Today I have a Pop of Red with a cotton knit cardigan, matched with an embellished tee from Target and a lovely tiered skirt that is all kinds of springy.  I made the mistake of going with nude flats, when you tell from the last photo that my legs are just in dire need of any and all kinds of sun!  Those black tights did not help.  And I'm almost the same color as that stack of manilla folders on the floor (the horror)!  But, back to the red- I just love the brightness and kept it neutral with more small black and white accessories.

Drapey Shift

I got a lovely new drapey shift top and since it's just black and white I was in heaven.  It can be layered (at the office) or worn as a separate on the weekends.  Black, white, and gray always.  I didn't snag a pic of my shoes, but they are my brogues in all black.  I've been debating about getting a caramel brown pair, but I just don't have much brown in any shade in my wardrobe.  Does that I mean I need more brown, or that I should stay away from that color scheme?  Ah well, I also have bangles galore, a sparkly scarf, and was sporting my GoldenTote bag today so it's a good Friday!
